difference between test suit and test scenario?

Test Suite is the collection of the Test cases.
Test Scenario covers End to end flow of a applictaion.It
contain all majour functionlity of the application.

what is the challenging position faced in the testing not in point of management point of view it must be in the point of while testing the application?
