Water Bound Macadam (WBM) is a base corse and mixing of
binding material such as mooram, Cley soil etc. A layer of
Stone By Grade (90mm to 63mm or 63mm to 40mm) and compress
to it as a Dry Roll by Roller and than alayer of binding
material placed on it and Fully water than again compaction
by Roller
