hello me shavi..today was my interview regarding f1 visa for
MS in IT....BUT i got rejection..The VO asked me..how many
university have u applied to?? i said one that is concordia
university wisconsin..den she said why u have not applied
more than one univ.i replied...i attended a seminar that was
organized by concordia univ in our city..where i submited
all my documents,den they approved my addmisson nd gave me
conformation letter,,,so den i didnot feel any need to apply
for another univ....then VO asked......a long lec..nd in the
end she said...u r not a serious student.....now tell me wt
shud i do..if i apply again for interview nd wannna to apply
in more than 2 univ..den wt costs i have to bear......i also
have not given any TOEFL nd IELTS coz dese r not required
for concordia univ...suggest me wt to do now if i apply
again for interview...

It is really unfortunate that you did not get the F1. I
suppose you still have time to apply again.Meanwhile you can
find out more about the CU getting more information about
your course and specialization. And get more information
about other universities as well. And describe why you
choose to apply only at CU rather than other describing in
depth contrast to VO. You could also mention that you
prepared for the gre/toefl but did not take it as it was not
mandatory for admission.

I am having 10 backlogs during my B.Tech degree and had cleared within time with an cgpa 6.16. If Vo asks the no. of backlogs can it affect on the visa plz guide me.

But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery. Visa Officer: she told something Me: I didnt listen to her properly because I was upset & I told Thank you & I left the place with my papers So When can I re-apply for 2nd VI & wat to do with my 3yrs gap after undergraduation Plz suggest me I wanna know & I wanna undergo for the final surgery soon. hi this is raghu. my visa rejected in Chennai. and i have applied again in Hyderabad. but in Hyderabad i said my backlogs 5,in Chennai i said 7 which is my actual backlogs, but in Hyderabad again rejected again so what can i do?

Hie frnds If I said to VO that My brother had done MS in US and he is now planning to pursue phd If at all VO asks r u going to US to meet ur family members and mingle with them In my view if I tell that "Sir my main aim is to pursue my ms and there will be no matter for me that there is any relation is there or not in US I am going only to complete my MS" Is this answer is right r not If not what I have to say If there are any corrections then plzz tell me

I am working as a Chief Account Officer. I have over 12 years of experience in accounts and finance. I have applied for the certificate in accounting which is one year course from San Diego University for Integrative Studies. The Toefl and official transcript is not required for this certificate course but the university will be taking placement english test on arrival there. The university is issuing the I-20 and acceptance letter for F1 visa. I am having a doubt that the US consulate will reject my student visa for not showing the TOEFL score and Official Transcript. Kindly let me know that the TOEFL score and the official transcript is mandatory for seeking F1 student visa. I look forward for the help.
