Difference between Accounts & Finance ?

Accounts:- In terms of Simply language accounts is all transactions of the firms eg all incomes & expenditures balance sheeet,profit & loss accounts preparation its just basic manual accounting process.

Finance:- The financial terms in org all related expects eg projects financing ,shares,bonds, debentures etc.and finance manager basically roll in finance to manage all expences or reducing capital expenditure its helps of profitable every organization.
