SMP is Symmetric Multi procesasing
MPP is Masively Parallel Processing
Smp supports limited parellelism i.e 64 processors where as
MPP can support N number of nodes or processors [high
performance]
Smp processing is SEQUENTIAL where As MPP Processing can be
PARALLEL
