what is ifference between PFR ,MFR and batch reactor?
Answer Posted / rajesh kumar bhagat
PFR- plug flow reactor is one where latrel mixing is allowed
but longitudnal mixing that is along the length not allowed.
composition changes along the length.
MFR- mixed flow reactor, composition throughout the reactor
will be same and all calculation will be done on output
composition.
Batch reactor- reactant will placed in reactor and let them
react and after some time or after completion of reaction take
it out.
