there are two formula for calculate B.E.P.
*FIRST ONE IS FOR BEP IN UNIT
BEP IN UNIT=FIXED COST/CONTRIBUTION PER UNIT
*AND THE SECOUND ONE IS FOR BEP IN VALUE
BEP IN VALUE =FIXED COST/PVR
