BPO which acronym means BUSINESS PROCESS OUT SOURCING, acts
as the intermediary between the MAIN company and the client.
What ever the doubts are raised by the clients will be
cleared and clarified by the BPO people only.
This will not only help the company to save their valuable
time for not being directly connected to the company
professionals but also will help Out-Sourcing people to know
the actual problem with S/W's are so provided by the main
company.
