hi Prashant,
I think the threads in a perticular application can be increased by adding parallel appserver which could add a replica of the thread which is already working however, to work with this you need to have a load balancer in picture. Which could maintain balance between both appserver so that same file/application is not used or being worked upon by both servers at the same time.
