HR is a most challenging job. In organizatio if you see HR
is the one who plays a major role. He is the one who is
held responsible for each and every aspects realting to
employees starting from recruitment till the time of his
retirement and apart from that i think the market for hr in
the upcoming year will boom like anything as now a days the
companies are realizing the importance of hr in the
organization so their is much scope to grow in this area.
