Selection is a part of Hiring process.
it basically consist of various test/interview that a
candidate undergo to prove his worthiness for the Job.
Hiring is the process that consist of following steps
1)idenfying the positions to be filled
2)the source of candidates
3)selection procedure
4)final placement
