what is quality ? What is quality assurance and quality
control ?
Answer Posted / rajkumar
Quality- A good quality product is one delivered on time,
within budget & satisfies customers needs.
Quality control- “A set of activities designed to evaluate
the quality of developed or manufactured products.” This is
what we call it as testing, running & evaluating a devloped
product to find defects in it & check compliance with
specified req.
Quality Assurance-“A set of activities designed to evaluate
the process by which products are developed or
manufactured.” According to me job of a quality assurance
person is to make & enforce some standards & make sure they
are followed. Result of a quality assurance is improved
devlopment process.
