call center environment consists of a dynamic operations that needs to be managed effectively in order to maximize performance and achieve its goals.
call center involves system, technologies and HR resources that needs to be optimized with the proper managerial decision in which MBA analysis, principles and methodology can be applied.
therefore my MBA study will contribute in the call center managerial decisions and give me an advantage in fast track career progress.
