according to me for the growth of company it is necessary that the employees of that company should be creative,logical,must have a good academic records,easily adjustable in new environment and most importantly they should be a good teamplayer beacause combined efforts are quite necessary for a company's improvement nationally and internationally...........i owe all these qualities and as a whole i will be a useful asset for your company so if u dont hire me u will definitely loss an asset for your company..........
