Hi , We monitor application server SM51 , wht action need to
be taken if any application server down .
Can we start application server dierectly in OS levwel , Or
do we have any other transaction in SAP to start remotely.

Please maintain at least acceptable level of answer. Dont

If SAP servers are on windows then use SAPMMC, if on
Microsoft clustered Architecture, use Cluster admin,
if on Unix flavor use command line mentioning the Instance
name eg: start/stopsap <instance name>
