wow .!!! whole the strategy planned 7 months back only .
man world is dynamic . wat you plan yesterday doesnt work
today ...
and i think you dont understand the "internal placement
strategy" .dis is one of the most basic conditions that i
have mentioned . der are some more complicated aspects .
that goes into it..

one of the other aspect .is profile based screening .just
think why they dont declare written marks??? . bcz they are
doing profile based screening .they wont take all those who
top the merit list . they would pick the top candidates who
suits particular type of job profile they have judged us on
various parameters . like personality , finance knowledge ,
marketing knowledge in written exam they have judged on
clerical aptitude , english , etcc...then they shortlist
the candidates who suits diffrent profile. ..like corporate
banking .. profile , cheque clearing , retail banking ,
internet marketing/banking ,etc etc for some branches -
they would need tech SAVVY person .who could handle minor
technical problems .

for some branches in metro cities . they would give
importance to person personality for all those profile
which require customer interactions . .or also they could
give prefrence to females also there
now i cant open the new discussion here ..

i am talking about max time 100 days . and let me remind
you the sbi recruitment process is fastest among all other
banks . for 500-1000 post other banks take 7-8 months .

Sharing interview question held on 30th April. 1. They saw my hobbies column and asked regarding hobbies question i.e. Chess. The question was Which is the current ongoing championship who vs who. Who is the leading player and by how many points? 2. Family Background. 3. Which services banks offer? 4. And most important question is when pensioner came to bank and asked about printing information of pension sheet. Condition is all printer is out of service. 5. Hobbies i.e. Elocution.

Iam shortlisted for sbi asso clerk interview and i have few doubts regarding documents which are to be carried. (1) Should both the character certificates be in same format?(because college have their own format). (2) Is application form mandatory? (3) Bio data form photocopies should be taken before gazetted officer signs on the form or after signing? (4) All the documents attested by gazetted officer is mandatory including photocopies of bio data form?
