1.Task is which is one or more then one employee have to
complete in a particular time to manage work load and keep
track of any private appointment or reminder they may have
an activity used for company internal purpose in this
scenario there is no interaction with customer,A task is a
transaction type and transaction category
Eg-Meeting ,Resource planning
A task can be private also being private that means it can
view by the task creater
e.g:- preparation for presentation
Reminder for appointment
