job analysis is the process by means of which a description
is developed of the present methods and procedures of doing
a job, physical conditions in which the job is done,
relation of the job to other jobs and other conditions of
employement.

1.JOB DESCRIPTION:A A WRITTEN STATEMENT EXPLAINING THE
CONTENTS AND ESSENTIAL NEEDS OF JOB AND SUMMARY OF THE
DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED.
2.JOB SPECIFICATION:MIMIMUM ACCEPTABLE HUMAN QUALITIES
NECESSARY TO PERFORM A JOB SATISFACTORILY
