My self was appeared twice for US visa interview and authority has rejected without any reason disclose, my self was going for business purpose to see the my vessel loading and meeting with the suppliers and i was carring the invitation letter from my supplier but authority rejected & only say "sorry for this time" . Is is there any connection to reject my visa with my us immigration file ? because my in-laws is US citizens and they have filed immigration file for my family memberes .
Hi, I am working for an orgination as manager in Pune , due to some problems i left some exams of my btech un attempted, now i don't hold any degree. Can anyone let me know , I have faced U.S consulate chennai in mid of this year . For B1 visa my agent has fraud me with the fake documents and I have committed and given them in written that the documents are fake . Recently (February 2011) i got rejected for B1 visa. Visa consoler gave the reason that you didn't convince the visa consoler. My company is making arrangement to send me for second interview in March 2011. Actually my question is, in checking counter they asked me to take only the receipt, passport, confirmation slip and appointment letter to the US consoler. But I have an invitation letter from my client which specifies my schedule plan on my visit. Can I attach that plan document while giving the passport and other documents to the consoler?

Hi! I got rejected for my visitor visa for U.S.A. I am a CA in India and have my own firm. I also work at a company as a consultant. When they asked about, what i do for living, i said i have my own firm and didn't mention about my consulting job. They gave me reason stating that they think i am going to stay in U.S.A. Hi, I have 1.5 years experience in international IT company. We are exhibiting in world largest event in USA related to our solution. Hi, I am working for AllState India since from 1.8 years(Overall 4.8 years of experience) and I had applied for B1 visa during Jan-2014 and it got rejected coz of 214(b) section.I would like to brief about the questions that are asked during my interview. 1.Why I am travelling to USA. 2.For how many days you are travelling. *Ans*: 8 weeks (as mentioned in my invitation letter) and the purpose of travelling . 3. Interviewer felt the period is very long and cross questioned me why such a long period. *Ans* : Repeated the same reason as said above with elaboration. 4. Again cross questioned , the said schedule is only for 4 weeks and what is the schedule for remaining 4 weeks. *Ans*:Repeated the above answer. (May be here i went wrong) 5. Asked about my overall experience,Domain knowledge , took all relevant documents and come back with the rejection form. :-( Now its 9 months passed , so shall I reapply for B1 again? If so , what are the things I need to considered before re-applying? I am still working in the same company (AllState India) , but this time I am suppose to get the invitation letter just for 1 week and in April-2014 my salary also got increased(even my manager mentioned he will change the designation as well in the invitation letter).
