TOLERENCE LIMIT = LESS THAN 01 VOLT, BECAUSE AT TRANSROEMER
OR GENERATOR NEWTRAL IS CONNECTED WITH EARTH, IF EARTH IS
DRY, STRIP OR WIRE IS CORRODED AT JOINTS THAN VOLTAGE
POSSIBLE TO BE MORE.
