go to ok prompt from there
boot cdrom -s
#mount /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0 /a
#cd /a
#cd
#vi /etc/shadow
remove the second field which is in encryption form, and
save the file
#umount /a
#boot s
when it boots for single user mode then change the root
password using command
#passwd root
now reboot the system in multiuser mode
