you found a bug and send it to the developer for
rectification but the developer not accepting that bug at
that time what will u do?(plz its very urgent give me the
best answer plz)

If Testers are raising a bug which developers are not
accepting then in that case, testers need to follow
following steps
1. Tester need to make sure that the environment in which
devlopers are testing and the environment in which testers
are testing are same
2. Have a telephonic talk with developer giving them exact
steps through which it was possible for QA to encounter the bug
3. Share the detailed snapshots having details like TEst in
build, Tested in, Tested on details
4. Share the application with developers using vnc and try
to recreate the same in their presence
5. Lastly, if developers still not accept the bug, approve
your higher authorities (TL/PM/OSC) detailing them the
scenario and follow their advice
