server jobs have only one single node
parallel jobs have multiple nodes
server jobs can support only smp and doesnt support mpp
parallel jobs support smp and mpp
server jobs doesnt support pipeline partition
parallel jobs can support pipelilne parition
server jobs performence very low
parallel jobs performence very high
