in internal combtion engine, maximum efficiency is65%. than
35% losses. but why not decreased losses ?

there are many losses in i.c. Engines. Frictinal losses , heat transfer losses, losses due to cooling systems, evaporative losses & other unaccounted losses. Some losses can nt b eliminated but can b reduced upto limited extent.
