personnel management is course which is offered by the UGC
when MBA was not there in market. people interested to join
in p.m because it is management course there is lot of
opportunity after completing this course.

2) hr means a person who works in personnel dept,.there work
is basically recruitment, selection, calculation of
gartutiy. provident fond etc.
3)personnel management means managing people at work.
