Hi I am Abhijit From Cuttack......
My Interview was held in 6th of May at 12 noon
They asked me the following questions...
1. Which one is more important for bank, retaining the old
customers or acquiring new ones ? and which one would be
cheaper ?
2. What is core competency ?
3. What is fraud in banking and how it can be eliminated ?
4. What is refraction and what is refractive index ?
5. How rainbow in formed ?
6. What is SWIFT ?
7. What is FERA ?
8. What is FDI and its importance ?
9. Name of 5 sports person from my state ?
10.Name of 5 industries in my state ?
11.What is the difference between customer satisfied and
customer delighted ?
12.Engineering with MBA, is it a good choice or not and why ?
I think they asked me all these questions because I am
BSc(Physics) and MBA(Marketing)....So basically they are
asking questions related to your academic background and
some from General knowledge, banking.

Hi, i have just cleared sbi clerical examination and i need to prepare for the interview. Could anyone of you who have got through the interview tell me some interview tips and also which books to read. And what questions are most likely to be asked.
Iam shortlisted for sbi asso clerk interview and i have few doubts regarding documents which are to be carried. (1) Should both the character certificates be in same format?(because college have their own format). (2) Is application form mandatory? (3) Bio data form photocopies should be taken before gazetted officer signs on the form or after signing? (4) All the documents attested by gazetted officer is mandatory including photocopies of bio data form?
I have not been selected in sbi clerical 2010 final list due to 2 marks. is there any chance of second list for us because huge candidates have not joined due to long delay?

Hi friends i am M.Ponraj, i have been selected for the post of Sorting Assistant in RMS'T'Division(Tiruchirapalli), Department of Posts, India on December 29th 2009. In trichy division 23 candidates were selected and 10 of them were given induction training and they are to be posted in trichy division. I am waiting for the induction training. In the mean time i got selected in the SBI-Clerk written exam and attended the interview for it in Chennai on 26th April 2010. hey guys i attended my interview on 29th April in a delhi zone.They were asking so simple question that i was surprised. I preapred day and night for the interview collecting all the question from this link and other site as well as from GS book but they simply asked 1) tell us about ur family 2) about u 3) Why u want to join banking and not IT . 4) Advantages and disadvantages of computer. 5) Where is hawamahal. 6) about pink city 7) who discovered electron. 8) who invented telephone. that's all I think it was just waste of time preparing banking related questions.
