he asked me about BRS :if ur MD issued a cheque for his own
insurance premium what u will do?
this is the question plz give answer for this

If the MD has issued a personal cheque then quite obviously
there would be no question of an entry let alone BRS
If the company pays the premium then,
Insurance premium a/c dr
To Bank a/c
(Would be an unticked item in the cash book untill
the cheque is realised)

Case Study: Deepak Hand tools Private Limited DHPL is a small sized firm manufacturing hand tools. It manufacturing plan is situated in Haryana. The company’s sales in the year ending on 31st March 2007 were Rs.1000 million (Rs.100 crore) on an asset base of Rs.650 million. The net profit of the company was Rs.76 million.
