QA :- QA is work process oriented. the direct result may
change the process. Audit is the example of QA activity. it
look how process is being followed. if their is any problem
than direct result may change the whole process.
QC :- QC is work product oriented. Testing is the example
of the QC activity. Direct result may change the product
not process.

do we require any scripting languae to write test cases in test director? what for it is used?it is like back end?only database we can there?
