My data source is Excel sheet. How to write the SQL
Statement for Excel file in data provider? Is is possible?

If you use the personal data provider ,it will generate the
report but it will not provide any SQL.
Otherwise ust the ETL(informatica or PL/SQL ) code and
store the data in any of the data base and then generate
the data througth universe or freehand sql.
