how to calculate petrol allowance wherein the allowance is
calculated according to the rate and number, amount is to be
automatically calculated by the system. please let me know
the steps as well as the espective schema and pcr fo
valuating the same.

Create a WT in 15 infotype and mention the Number .
Mention the amount in standard table T510j. In table T510J
you will have PMOD field , which is payroll modifier field
(Table constant for WAGETYPE VALUATION)which has a default
value of 01 .Use XMOD rule to further modify with in
employee group.MODIF 2 = 01 (Table constant wagetype
valuation).
