IT IS BASICALLY WINDING OF GENERATOR IN GENERATING
STATION,WHERE WE GENERATE ELECTRICITY.THE COMMON POINT OF
THREE WINDING(IN THREE PHASE SYSTEM)IS CALLED NEUTRAL
POINT.IT IS BASICALLY CONNECT TO EARTH AND HAVE A ZERO
POTENTIAL. AND PHASE HAS SOME POTENTIAL ACCORDING TO
GENERATING.
