in case of induction motor when overload condition or any
short ckt. why stator winding burn not to be rotor winding

Because IM rotor is short circuited with copper bars, which
can carry more current rating than stator windings.

Hi everyone. Some Generators uses 3-Pole breakers with extra contactors for Neutral. Some uses 4-Pole. Why so? What is the idea behind this? Thanks in advance for the solution. Kr.
