It is a learning process that involves the acquisition of
knowledge, sharpening of skills, concepts, rules, or
changing of attitudes and behaviours to enhance the
performance of employees as well as fill the gaps between
the job requirements and employee present specification to
compete the required job correctly and reduces the chance
of failure. It is also provides the latest technologies /
changes in current technology or methods which makes the
jobs easier and cost effective also.
