PO is the officer who should know all types of work done for banks AND also done by our banks
HE/SHE should be co-operative with staff as well as NON STAFF.
HE/SHE sh have knowledge of bank work and also banking terms like COC, Remittance etc
HE/SHE sh not processes any attitude, they sh be flexible in their work .
HE/SHE always have learning ability also from lower ends or staff may be he has more knowledge then your.
Problem solving skill sh be must.
Time mgt sh be inbuilt.
Always updated in there field.
Bank PO sh have knowledge about ADMIN,MARKETING,PLANNING, ORGAN SING AND ALSO MGT CONCEPTS.
HE/SHE SHOULD HAVE THAT BOOK KNOWLEDGE THAT CAN BE USE IN PIRATICAL LIFE.
ALL PROFESSIONAL Probationary Officer's DON'T KEEP "ME" ATTITUDE Keep "WE" FOR YOUR PROGRESS & SUCCESS
