Earthing is connecting non-current carrying parts of equipments to ground in order to avoid electric shocks.It may be also used for protection by measuring leakage current
While Neutral is connecting R ,Y ,B Phase to common point with ground it is called system earthing

If not into production, how far did you follow the design and why did not you see it into production?
1. for eg, capacitor is used for many purposes(it act as filter, oscillator, bypass capacitor, memory storage etc...) 2.
