Assessment:
01. Uses Assessment Cost element to allocate costs - All
the expenses will be summerised and allocated to the
receiver with Assessment Cost Element
IN Distribution it uses the Original Cost Element
02. Assessment allocates both Primary and secondary
Distribution only Primary costs..
