Suppose You are a Test Lead in your company. The dead line
of project is next week.But the product have only 50
percent defect free.How you handle this situation?

Hi,
In this case, i preffer Risk Based Testing.
Major defects- 100% coverage
Medium defects- 80% coverage.
if possible it would be better to share the information
with stake holders.
