An incomplete document may be park in SAP system without
carrying out extesive entry check. It can be completed,
cheched and then be posted at later date by a different A/C
clerk.
When a document park, data is not updated.Exception TR-CM
data. Park documents can be evaluated and can be used for
the advance tax reporting.In a park document a number is
assigned by the system or external assignment.
one can hold a document by temporary saving. here A
document number is not assigned. Document is not available
for adv. tax reporting or can not be used as evaluation
purpose.
