Merits are for one who provides job and demerits are for
one is looking for a job.
Merits : Company can judge the employee on the basis of
their requirments that if he is alligible for the post he
is looking for.
Demerist : If the person appearing for the interview fails
in it he gets demotivated but he should learn a lesson from
it failure is the first step for success.
