LOOP CHECKING MEANS CHECKING THE CABLE LOOP FROM THE INST TO
MARSHALING PANEL AND TO PLC. WHEN INST GIVING O/P SIGNAL TO
CONTROL ROOM-PLC CHECKING WHETHER THE SIGNAL GOING TO
CORRECT PLC CHANNEL.
