Scheduled a job for user master reconciliation , a user is
in a validity date and roles assigned to that user are in
validity date, but for reasons roles has been removed from
the user master record, what could be the reason, this is
not related to position based security, could some explain?

If i am right in understanding user master reconcialiation
then i am right in answering.
Here it goes , if a profile is manually appended in User
master reocord..then by running background job i.e.
pfcg_time_dependency ; will deleate the profile that are
manually appended in UMR.
Kindly let me know if u get to know anymore ideas on this..
