The details of place,
where the incident took place, from where the coll was received,
and where....(contd) were not provided ...so what if all these
incidents took place at different places at different time
stamps..? Conclude that there was no clarity in the question.

The funny answer could be..The gardener.

reason:
Imagine in this way..

wife has responsibility to look after when their neighbor
went to marriage as per her Role.Instead of that she was
sleeping.culprit1
Cook was cooking non-weg on 2nd Oct 1992,which was not
supposed to do on the 2nd Oct 1992 as per the rule. culprit2
House maid went to post office disrespecting the what the
date was...as per the National Holiday.. culprit3
Children went to play instead of school celebration on 2nd
Oct 1992 which were going on, on that day as per the school
Norms.--culprit4

Neighbour went to a marriage for Benefits ..which was a lie and
against to the principles of the 'late' national leader ..--culprit5

Gardener who has got arrested though knows that it was 2nd Oct
1992 and gather some flowers from the garden for 'Late' national
leader's birth day and one should eat only vegetable cooked food
as per the Job
Description understood by him..so he
was not culprit..because only good people are punished in
this world all the time... ;-) ( Otherwise why would Satyam -Raju
be a culprit instead of anyone else..for example!)

And not culprits...In another way no one was culprit because
the date format was not clear...

Then u can ask, then Whom the poice arrested.. the person who
became 'Late' and who asked the cook to cook non veg on that day.
culprit6..for this reason arrested..

( that date can be read as Feb 10,1992 if not...)

"hey ram!..what a question on this website???"

The reason for elaborating on this was, The Role,Job
Description,Norms or Standards,Responsibilities of the
Role,Benefits are major factors that effect the decision making
of the interviewee with justification based on the above factors.
Places,Date and Time Significance of the each one also makes one to
arrive at right solution for any scenario or case. Cause-Analysis
and Effect was the probable tool/technique to use here.

Wherever the clarity and clearness of the case misses, its up to
interviewee's imagination to fill the gaps and provide the reply.
that makes any interview as a success story to share.
