I am a middleware support guy. I am working on Tibco but
being a support guy dont know much details about it. My
interest is to work as an Tibco administrator. Please
suggest what to start with. I dont want to get into
development. Please help??

Please go to your installation folder of TIBCO products.
There you will find a user guide pdf on TIBCO Administrator
in tibco administrator installation folder. If you working
on TIBCO then you must have TIBCO Administrator installed
on your system. Just follow the pdf and do hands on on
TIBCO administrator. You should also know TRA, RV/EMS,
UNIX/LINEX/SOLARIS to become a TIBCO adnministrator.
