PRIMARY MARKET: IT IS ALSO CALLED NEW ISSUE MARKET.HERE
INVESTOR WILL BUY SECURITIES BUT CAN'T SELL THERE.
SECONDARY MARKET: IT IS ALSO CALLED STOCK MARKET OR STOCK
EXCHANGE. IT IS AN ORGANIZED MARKET WHERE SECURITIES ARE
TRADED I.E BOTH BUYING AND SELLING ACTIVITIES TAKEN PLACE.
