The question is whats the Basics? and everybody saying about Basic data.
The basics of PP include:
1)Demand management- Planning strategies, PIR, CR .
2) MRP- technical processes of MRP as Net Requmt. Calculation ,Lot sizing , Scheduling , procurement types,then Evaluation of MRP
3)Basic Data management for Planning--- BOM, Routing , Workcenter , material master ..
4) Order management: Production Order, or Planned order, Process order, ot Run Schedule quantities in case of REM.
5) and the necessary activities as Goods Receipt, GI, n the ,backflush to maintain the lifecycle of Order.
