1)check pen cap should be open
2)check pen nibe should be ok
3)check pen refeel should be properly filled with ink
4)check pen refeel should not leek
5)check there is no air bubble into the pen's refeel
6)check ink flow from refeel should be smooth
7)check nibe point should be clear(no dust)
8)ink should be in liquid format(not in soid state)
9)ink color should be base on requirement
10)if pen is baal pen then open/close button should works
properly
11)refeel size should be feet in pen's size
12)pen's nibe design should be accodring to pen's nibe
space.it should not be loose or tight
13)pen size or shape should be comfortable for the user
to write

1)paper size should be according to requirment
2)paper smoothness should be ok to write
3)paper margin (left or right)should ok and equal
4)paper header or foother space should be displayed and
equaly margined
5)date or subject space should be on the top of the paper
6)color of boundry of left or right margin should be one
color
7)paper color should not be contrast compare to pen's ink
8)paper format should be according to printing requirement
(it will be in table formate or line format or plane
formate)
9)if formate is lining then lines should be printed in
equal gap
10)if formate is table then table should be display
according to printing requirement
11)if formate of paper is plane(witout lines and tables)
there will be no lines and tables
12)paper should be able to writing(there should be space to
