i want 2 join bpo bcoz it is da only sector where u can improve u r communication skills n learn how 2 intract wid da customer as well as it also called as service sector so u get in to da position where are willing to be. Diz can only be happen on da basis of u r skills.

Can I build a good future in "IT profile(non-BPO)" by joining as Technical support voice at IBM/ Wipro/Dell .....??? Please do guide me in this case...
