RECRUITEMENT IS THE PROCESS OF SELECTING THE CANDIDATES PROFILE WHICH MATCHES TO YOUR PROFILE THROUGH DIFFERENT SOURCES LIKE JOB PORTALS,ADVERTISEMENTS,INTERNAL REFERENCE ETC AND SELECTING THE CANDIDATE WHICH ENDS WITH HR ROUND.
