HII THIS IS MITESH I TOO HAD STAMMERING FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS
BUT GRADUALLY WITH ALL THE BREATHING EXCECISES AND KEEPING A
COOL HEAD ON THE SHOULDERS AND ALWAYS TELLING TO MYSELF
"jUST BE CALM COOL AND COUNT THE NUMBERS FROM 1 TO 10 IN
ORDER TO REDUCE THE INFLOW OF TENSION".BECAUSE I FEEL THAT
90% OF D STAMMER IS IN THE MIND AND D THINKING THAT I'LL NOT
BE ABLE TO SPEAK FLUENTLY
SO MY SUGGESTION IS KEEP YOUR MIND CALM AND JUST DONT MISS
YOUR PRACTISES AND RECTIFY THE ERRORS THAT U FEEL R OCCURING
