10. THE MOST COMMON TYPE OF THREE PHASE IN UNSYMMETRICAL
FAULTS IS ........

Answer Posted / thuranga

L-G fault is most common in distribution systems,as the
trees and buildings are near by the distribution lines,
while in transmission lines any of the fault can
occur....but occurrence of fault is very rare,as all the
protection steps are taken, and the fault may occur mostly on
the degradation of the suspended disc insulators.....where
the leakage current flows through the pole/tower to the
ground, through insulator.
